Transferring and using knowledge about educational innovation is needed to improve the process of training and learning. Throughout the idea labs, cases, researches, etc. about educational innovation, this book incorporates new advances and in educational filed to be integrated in different areas, different subjects, different educational levels, and also in transversal areas such as STEM and STEAM, with a specific focus in the use of flip teaching and personalized (adaptive) learning.
Flip Teaching, Personalized or Adaptive Learning, MOOC, Blockchain uses in Education or Intelligence among others are current buzz words that are used in the world of Educational Innovation. However, teachers and trainers are expecting real success cases to transfer them into their teaching and learning processes. This book presents outstanding educational innovation cases, supported by an educational research base in order to define the current state of the art in educational innovation with a special focus in the personalized and active learning.
The "Handbook of Research on Flipped Teaching and Adaptive Learning" represents an updated reflect of the current advances in the educational innovation based on the research data to support an easy transferring to different educational scopes, but centred on the practices that allow improve personalization and activation of the learning processes.

Submission Procedure
Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit on or before April 30, 2018, a 2-5 page chapter proposal clearly explaining the mission and concerns of his or her proposed chapter. Authors of accepted proposals will be notified byMay 31, 2018 about the status of their proposals and sent chapter guidelines. Full chapters are expected to be submitted by September 15, 2018. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis. Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers for this project.
